We have taken extra care so that all images accurately represent the colour in natural daylight however the colour may vary slightly dependant on screen settings.

All custom orders are made to order by professional colourists therefore no piece will be identical to the next.

If you choose to place a custom order, we will send you images and/or a video of your order prior to despatch.

Upon receiving your wig, if there are any issues please let us know and we can try to resolve this for you. 

However, if you do wish to return, you must alert us via email within 14 days of receipt of your wig and return within 28 days. 

The wig must be returned in it's original condition with the tag still attached alongside any free products provided. If there have been alterations made or if there is any damage to the wig, you will not be refunded.
