However, if you wish to request a refund, please inform us by email within 14 days of receiving your item and return it to us within 28 days. We understand that International returns may take longer to reach us.

 

All items must be returned in their original condition; any alterations, such cutting or modifying of the lace or hair, will make the item non-refundable.

 

Please ensure that all tags remain intact, and note that any free products must also be returned.

 

If you believe your item to be faulty, please contact us within 14 days, as we reserve the right to address the issue.

 

Please note, hair shedding from general wear and adhesive use is not considered a fault, our products may naturally shed hair over time due to their delicate design.

 

Please be aware that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. However, if you are returning a faulty item and upon inspection we deem this to be the case, all shipping costs will be refunded to you.

Once we have received your item, a refund will be issued pending a full item inspection. Please allow up to 28 days for a refund.

 

Upon inspection, if we find that your item has been altered or damaged in anyway you will not be entitled to a refund.
