We strive to process and despatch all 'Ready to Ship' orders within 2 working days. For custom orders, please allow 4-6 weeks for your order to be despatched. This can sometimes be longer however if this is the case, you will be notified of this.

For custom orders, you will receive images and/or a video of your order by email prior to despatch for you to confirm you are happy to proceed. Once we have received confirmation from you, we will despatch your order.

Once your order has been despatched, you will receive a confirmation email with courier tracking information. ​Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by couriers. Somebody will be required to sign for your order to ensure safe delivery.
